Thank you for your interest in attending a Casting for Recovery retreat.  There is an
application process to follow which is outlined below:

​QUALIFICATION CRITERIA:

​

Retreats are open to people;

 

          who have or have had breast cancer;
 

          who have received their treatment in Victoria; and
 

​          who have sufficiently recovered to receive a medical clearance to participate

​

We encourage people who qualify to apply and applications should be submitted in writing using the form provided.  All applications are reviewed by the CfR Vic committee with applicants generally accepted on a "first-come first-served" basis .  When selected you will be sent a registration form and a medical release declaration to be completed and returned as soon as possible. Your doctor must sign the medical release form.
